Refund Policy

We want ScoreSheet to be worth your money. If it isn't — or if something goes wrong — this page explains how refunds work.

1. 14-day refund window

You may request a full refund of the $24.95 purchase price within 14 days of your original purchase date if any of the following apply:

• We are unable to deliver the PDF through our Discord ticket system within a reasonable time;
• The PDF file is corrupted or will not open on standard, up-to-date PDF readers;
• The product does not substantially match its description on this website;
• You were charged in error or more than once for the same order.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us via the contact page or by email, including:

• The email address you used at checkout;
• The approximate date of purchase;
• A brief description of the issue.

We typically respond within two business days. Once a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

3. Outside the 14-day window

Because this is a digital product that can be downloaded, printed, and kept indefinitely, refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our discretion. If there is a clear defect with the product or a genuine delivery failure, we will still work with you.

4. Non-refundable situations

We may decline a refund in cases where:

• The refund is requested more than 14 days after purchase, absent a product defect;
• The buyer has redistributed, resold, or publicly shared the PDF in violation of our Terms of Service;
• A chargeback has already been filed on the same transaction (in which case the chargeback process supersedes this refund policy);
• The request is evidently fraudulent or abusive.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe your purchase was made fraudulently or unauthorised, please contact us first — in most cases we can issue a direct refund much faster than a chargeback process. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay the resolution and, in cases of abuse, may result in your access being revoked.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country or region. Where local consumer-protection law grants you stronger rights than those stated above, those rights apply.

EU digital-content buyers

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (as implemented in Irish law), buyers of digital content may normally cancel within 14 days of purchase. By clicking "Buy Now" and proceeding to checkout, you expressly consent to immediate fulfilment and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the PDF has been delivered to you. You remain entitled to a refund if the product is defective or not as described, as set out in sections 1 and 6 above.
